1st race of the season for me at Les Houches, France. We stayed in the Les Campanules Hotel and what a nice Hotel it was! 
My first race was a Kombi,my first run was good with a time of 33.03 on my second i had a little mistake at the top so my second time was 33.62. It was the best time to count so my first run was better so that time was to count which put me in second place by 0.13, Oooo close :-) My next race was Giant Slalom, i like GS, but my first run didnt go so good i had a DNF falling at the 3rd gate :-( i pulled myself together and made up for it on my second run with a time of 32.13 putting me into the lead by 0.56. The top 8 girls and the top 12 boys in the Bairns all went through to another race, Bairn Superstars Giant Slalom, held on the same slope as the under 14s & under 16s which was good as we could race along side the big ones and was good experience for me as Im going into the under 14s next season. The Bairns Superstars was a long course of 35 gates and i was number 1 :-) first out the gate and got a time of 1:05.26 which im pleased with :-) and put me in the lead to win the Bairns section by 3.09 :-)
Now its back to base in Austria for more training and fun on and off the slopes with my team,Team Evolution, my new Salomon skis and team mates :-)
